Thought Leadership
Technology continues to amplify organizations' content and information overload. Thought Leadership surrounds how organizations can effectively and efficiently sift through data to elevate data to information and then to the level of intelligence has become critical for the survival of most organizations. Staff has to enable solutions within critical time frames and most of the time they have to battle with irrelevant information.
For over 60 years, Dr. Charles Kepner has been one of the pioneers in problem solving process consulting - asking the right questions from the right information sources that enable people to maximize their collaboration and performance. Today, Thinking Dimensions, led by Dr. Matthys Fourie, continues to develop and create next generation thinking methodologies that place our clients at the forefront of best practice application and understanding how to use process tools to address improving business results. The key is to work with minimalistic data to enable investigation and solution finding exercises to be conducted swiftly, accurately and with maximum consensus.
This leadership along with global client feedback and expertise from the TD partner network, strategic alliances, and new mediums for delivery, enables relevant and systematic solutions and insights to be realized by our global clients.
This is corroborated in the numerous articles written by the staff of Thinking Dimensions and as well as the recent "Innovation of the Year Award" bestowed upon them by the itSMF organization.
itSMFA Chairman Kathryn Heaton noted that,
“
Thinking Dimensions has taken an innovative approach to addressing processes behind managing major IT incidents and identifying root causes to reduce the risk of recurrence. It has researched, designed and developed tools and techniques that may be used by Major Incident Managers to lessen the impact of major incidents on IT departments,” she concluded.
