Thinking Dimensions winning the itSMF Australia “Innovation of the Year” award

Thinking Dimensions won the itSMF Australia "Innovation of the Year" award. Thinking Dimensions received this award at an itSMF Australia Gala in Perth in August 2011. They won the award for their innovative approach taken with incident investigations.

Matthys Fourie (CEO, TD International) and Andrew Sauter (MD, TD Australia) conducted various focus group sessions with Incident and Problem Management managers to identify the existing GAPS in the way an incident investigator was approaching an incident. Matt and Andrew then combined their problem solving and IT experiences to design a quicker, more accurate and collaborative process to improve the results for incident investigations. This process was put to the test by various clients in Australia, UK and Singapore and performed exceptionally. Based on the results achieved their clients in Australia suggested they register for this award and won it based on the evaluation of skilled and experienced peers in the industry.
